Child Voice Pre-School Committee – Little Voices, Big Ideas

At Kids-Time, we believe children are not just learners—they’re leaders too. That’s why we’ve introduced our Child Voice Pre-School Committee, giving our children the chance to share their thoughts, make decisions, and help shape the world around them.

We want every child to know that their voice matters. By listening to our children, we learn what excites them, what they care about, and what changes they would like to see in their nursery environment. It’s all about giving them a sense of belonging, responsibility, and empowerment.

What Is the Child Voice Committee?

The committee is made up of pre-school children who represent their peers and meet regularly with staff to:

  • Share ideas and feedback from their room.
  • Suggest improvements to activities, routines, and play spaces.
  • Help plan special events and themed days.
  • Talk about feelings, friendships, and fairness.
  • Learn how to express their views respectfully and listen to others.
