Welcome to My Time – Confident, Capable, and Ready for the World
In our My Time room at Kids-Time, children aged 3–5 take centre stage in their own learning journey. This is a time of incredible growth, where independence, creativity, and curiosity flourish – and where children begin preparing for the exciting transition to school.
Rooted in the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our My Time room treats the environment as the third teacher – a thoughtfully designed, inspiring space that encourages exploration, discovery, and decision-making. From open-ended materials to rich learning provocations, every corner of the room invites children to ask questions, solve problems, and take the lead in their learning.
Here, children are seen as competent, confident learners, capable of expressing their ideas, collaborating with others, and developing the key skills they need for school and beyond. With the gentle guidance of our experienced educators, children build strong foundations in communication, critical thinking, self-regulation, and – most importantly – resilience.
Our team works in close partnership with families to ensure that each child’s transition to school is smooth, supported, and celebrated. At Kids-Time, your child will leave the My Time room not only school-ready, but life-ready – proud of who they are and excited for what’s to come.
